Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Collaborate with teams to create and implement tailored Customer Success programs
  • Monitor customer engagement and operational metrics to drive growth and reduce churn


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Experience owning the renewal process and accountability for a retention quota
  • Proficient in leveraging data for decision-making regarding team and customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with technical products, preferably in the DevOps space
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines and deliverables
