Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
- Collaborate with teams to create and implement tailored Customer Success programs
- Monitor customer engagement and operational metrics to drive growth and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Experience owning the renewal process and accountability for a retention quota
- Proficient in leveraging data for decision-making regarding team and customer outcomes
- Familiarity with technical products, preferably in the DevOps space
- Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines and deliverables
