Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Strategic Account Management roles with enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of guiding enterprise customers through complex challenges
  • Strong business acumen related to advanced analytics and BI tools
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
