Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Strategic Account Management roles with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of guiding enterprise customers through complex challenges
- Strong business acumen related to advanced analytics and BI tools
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
