Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities for renewals and expansion within the existing customer base
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth transitions and conducting business reviews
- Manage the sales cycle for renewals and expansions, utilizing customer health monitoring tools to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities
- Strong sales acumen with experience in building relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
- Analytical skills to leverage data for guiding client conversations and uncovering opportunities
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
