Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for renewals and expansion within the existing customer base

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in building relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for guiding client conversations and uncovering opportunities
