Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for renewals and expansions within existing customer accounts

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upselling
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to build relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for guiding client conversations and uncovering opportunities
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
