Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for renewals and expansions within existing customer accounts
- Engage with customers as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating smooth transitions between teams
- Manage the renewal and expansion sales cycle, utilizing customer health monitoring tools to proactively address risks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upselling
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
- Analytical skills to leverage data for guiding client conversations and uncovering opportunities
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
