Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (New England).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to maximize value and retention
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance adoption and ROI
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, understanding their needs and industry trends
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management role within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building relationships with executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial returns on customer investments
  • Technical knowledge of Internet and networking technologies, including email security products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or equivalent experience
