Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Principal Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas of risk and take steps to prevent customer or revenue churn
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to define and execute product adoption and customer retention plans
  • Provide guidance on internal project governance and ensure adherence to governance models
Required Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
  • Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders
  • PMP preferred, with required project management experience
  • A minimum of 10 years in a client-facing or relevant role in account or client relationship management
  • Experience in critical areas such as IT Strategy, Operations, and Project Management
