Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - Federal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers and develop onboarding plans
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs to internal teams
- Collaborate with Technical Support to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Public Sector roles, such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to take ownership of the customer portfolio and make key decisions independently
