Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - Federal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers and develop onboarding plans
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs to internal teams
  • Collaborate with Technical Support to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Public Sector roles, such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to take ownership of the customer portfolio and make key decisions independently
