Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager to engage with enterprise customers and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 accounts to achieve renewal targets and account growth
- Own and drive the end-to-end customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to create success plans and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles for technology companies
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a SaaS/Cloud product company
- At least 7 years of enterprise solution delivery experience
- Strong relational skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers
