Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while aligning on goals and success measures
  • Drive retention and expansion by managing account health, risks, and opportunities, partnering with internal teams to secure renewals
  • Lead structured customer conversations to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes and project manage cross-functional work
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting in B2B software
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
  • Experience with renewals and expansion in a recurring revenue model, including forecasting and risk assessment
  • Ability to interpret customer data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with orchestration, automation, or related technical products is a plus
