Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while aligning on goals and success measures
- Drive retention and expansion by managing account health, risks, and opportunities, partnering with internal teams to secure renewals
- Lead structured customer conversations to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes and project manage cross-functional work
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting in B2B software
- Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
- Experience with renewals and expansion in a recurring revenue model, including forecasting and risk assessment
- Ability to interpret customer data and turn it into actionable insights
- Familiarity with orchestration, automation, or related technical products is a plus
