Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of EMEA customers as their primary post-sales technical advisor, ensuring successful adoption of the NodeZero platform
  • Cultivate relationships with security leaders and guide them through the lifecycle of adoption, expansion, and advocacy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive retention and growth, while acting as a customer advocate for product evolution


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS cybersecurity environment
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) preferred
  • Experience managing a book of business with revenue targets
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
  • Fluency in English and preferred languages including French, German, or Italian
