Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize the value of their solutions and support their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of strategic customer accounts and cultivate senior-level relationships
  • Onboard customers and help define and achieve their adoption success criteria
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring customer needs are prioritized
Required Qualifications and Education
  • A university or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • CCSM Level 4 or higher certification preferred
  • Proven experience in customer success management and managing large customer accounts
  • Experience in project/program management and cloud operating models preferred
