Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize the value of their solutions and support their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of strategic customer accounts and cultivate senior-level relationships
- Onboard customers and help define and achieve their adoption success criteria
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring customer needs are prioritized
Required Qualifications and Education
- A university or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- CCSM Level 4 or higher certification preferred
- Proven experience in customer success management and managing large customer accounts
- Experience in project/program management and cloud operating models preferred
