Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize the value of their solutions and support their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a select group of strategic customer accounts and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Onboard customers, define success criteria, and develop a Customer Success Plan to ensure a consistent experience
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while serving as the primary advocate for customer needs and objectives
Required Qualifications
- A university or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of direct, work-related experience in customer success management
- CCSM Level 4 or higher certification preferred
- Experience in managing large customer accounts and developing customer success plans
- Familiarity with cloud operating models and project/program management preferred
