Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience supporting clients in SEM, SEO, email marketing, website creation, or social network products
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the home services industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management is preferred
