Job Summary

Senior Customer Success Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing relationships with higher education clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to strategic customers and drive account strategy, retention, and growth
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing insights and addressing critical issues
  • Mentor other Customer Success Managers and support team initiatives and projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment
  • Customer-facing experience within the software industry
  • Experience in the higher education industry preferred
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
