Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing relationships with higher education clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to strategic customers and drive account strategy, retention, and growth
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing insights and addressing critical issues
- Mentor other Customer Success Managers and support team initiatives and projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
- Strong understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment
- Customer-facing experience within the software industry
- Experience in the higher education industry preferred
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
