Job Summary

Senior Customer Success Manager, a full-time position responsible for maximizing client value from solutions, driving customer adoption, and supporting digital transformation efforts while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a select group of strategic customer accounts and cultivate senior-level relationships
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption success, and create Customer Success Plans
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while serving as a primary advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success management
  • CCSM certification (Level 4 or higher) preferred
  • Experience in managing large customer accounts and developing success plans
  • Familiarity with cloud operating models and project/program management preferred
