Job Summary

Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for maximizing client value from HPE solutions and supporting digital transformation in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a select group of strategic customer accounts and cultivate senior-level relationships
  • Onboard customers, define success criteria, and develop Customer Success Plans
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while serving as the primary advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success management
  • CCSM Level 4 or higher certification preferred
  • Experience in project/program management and cloud operating models
  • Ability to support customers within the Eastern Time Zone and accommodate occasional travel
