Job Summary

Senior Customer Success Manager is a full-time role focused on helping clients maximize the value of their solutions and supporting their digital transformation journey through strategic customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a select group of strategic customer accounts and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and success criteria achievement while serving as the primary advocate for customer needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to drive account growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success management
  • CCSM Level 4 or higher certification preferred
  • Experience managing large customer accounts and developing customer success plans
  • Familiarity with cloud operating models and project/program management preferred
