Job Summary
Senior Customer Success Manager, seeking a highly experienced professional to manage enterprise customer relationships, drive business value from onboarding to renewal, and work in a fully remote, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of enterprise customers to enhance business value from onboarding through renewal
- Develop trusted relationships with customer executives and ensure awareness of product updates and new features
- Proactively monitor customer health, manage risks, and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role for a SaaS company or as a compensation consultant/practitioner
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships throughout their lifecycle
- Tech-savvy with the ability to align product functionality with complex customer needs
- Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a high level of integrity
- Ability to work remotely and stay focused on tasks
