Job Summary

Senior Customer Success Manager, seeking a highly experienced professional to manage enterprise customer relationships, drive business value from onboarding to renewal, and work in a fully remote, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of enterprise customers to enhance business value from onboarding through renewal
  • Develop trusted relationships with customer executives and ensure awareness of product updates and new features

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role for a SaaS company or as a compensation consultant/practitioner
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships throughout their lifecycle
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to align product functionality with complex customer needs
  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a high level of integrity
  • Ability to work remotely and stay focused on tasks
