Job Summary

Focusing on maximizing client value, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will manage strategic customer accounts remotely, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with HPE's solutions while cultivating strong relationships and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a select group of strategic customer accounts and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive successful onboarding and help customers define and achieve their adoption success criteria
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales Specialists to pursue account growth
Required qualifications
  • A university or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, particularly with large customer accounts
  • CCSM (Certified Customer Service Manager) - Level 4 or higher certification preferred
  • Proven experience in developing customer success plans and achieving success objectives
  • Familiarity with cloud operating models and experience in project/program management preferred
