Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through client satisfaction and loyalty, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of existing customers remotely, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's HR technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities within the customer base to drive renewals and expansion, exceeding revenue targets
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, conducting business reviews and ensuring smooth transitions between Sales and Customer Success
- Manage the sales cycle for renewals and expansions, utilizing customer health monitoring tools to mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, ideally in HR technology solutions
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and securing renewals
- Strong sales acumen with excellent relationship-building skills with HR and L&D decision-makers
- Analytical skills to leverage data for guiding client conversations and uncovering opportunities
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment
