Job Summary

Managing a defined portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing engagement with Thrive's technology solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Owns customer lifecycle management, including renewals and expansions
  • Utilizes AI-assisted workflows to prepare for executive meetings and create client-ready narratives
  • Monitors engagement signals to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
  • 7-10+ years of success in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for meeting preparation and customer strategy
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships with high satisfaction
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, and Zoom
