Job Summary
Managing a defined portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing engagement with Thrive's technology solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Owns customer lifecycle management, including renewals and expansions
- Utilizes AI-assisted workflows to prepare for executive meetings and create client-ready narratives
- Monitors engagement signals to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- 7-10+ years of success in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for meeting preparation and customer strategy
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships with high satisfaction
- Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, and Zoom
