Job Summary
Leading the complete lifecycle of post-sale customer engagement, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will onboard clients, conduct training sessions, and advocate for customer needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage customer onboarding, adoption, value reviews, and renewal playbooks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Vantage solution
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving resolutions for support issues and feature requests
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or technical account management within B2B tech or SaaS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders
- Previous experience with FinOps Cloud Cost Management solutions
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts from SMBs to large enterprises
- High emotional intelligence and empathy towards customer needs
