Job Summary
Responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a trusted advisor to clients in optimizing their payment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Grow revenue by managing multiple strategic accounts and ensuring predictable growth within the book of business
- Consult with customers to optimize their payments programs through the adoption, renewal, and expansion of ACI solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on commitments and enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree and 8+ years of related experience
- Experience in the payments industry is required; experience in the merchant vertical is preferred
- Proficient in presenting at C-Suite and Board level
- Ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts, including renewals
- Experience in resolving complex scenarios that require alignment of internal and external stakeholders
