Job Summary

To support key customers in maximizing the value of Cozeva and Vatica solutions, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will develop strategic relationships, analyze customer performance data, and drive adoption, ensuring measurable success and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to understand and address their challenges and goals
  • Proactively analyze customer performance and health metrics to identify and address potential issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to evaluate customer success and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline; graduate degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA)
  • 7+ years in healthcare administration or healthcare technology/SaaS, with experience in Health Plans and IPAs
  • Foundational knowledge in value-based care programs is critically required
  • Experience with Quality programs (HEDIS, STAR, QRS) and Risk Adjustment models (CMS-HCC, HHS-ACA)
  • Passion for learning and solving challenges in healthcare operations and technology
