Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of complex enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer value, ensure comprehensive customer success, and collaborate with internal teams to align product development with customer needs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day customer relationships, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and success metrics
- Collaborate with product and digital teams to provide feedback and educate customers on product enhancements
- Drive customer renewals and new project initiatives while mentoring new Customer Success Managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business operations, or account management
- Flexibility to travel for customer meetings as needed
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and interface directly with customers
- Experience in designing or operating incentive and recognition programs is preferred
