Job Summary

Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies for Enterprise clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of CSMs to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and execute segment-specific strategies tailored to Enterprise customer needs
  • Maintain visibility into customer adoption and engagement metrics to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields
  • Prior people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting Enterprise or high-ARR customer segments
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in building or optimizing processes
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
