Job Summary

Owning a strategic portfolio valued between $3M-$7M+ ARR, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will drive retention and growth while building relationships with senior leaders at enterprise accounts, delivering strategic recommendations and ensuring client success.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention and strategic outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and success criteria for relationship commerce programs
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizational landscapes
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of customer management, account management, or vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS or retail-tech
  • Proven experience managing a $3M-$7M+ ARR book of business
  • Enterprise experience with large brands and demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives
  • Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
  • BS/BA degree required
