Job Summary
Driving success for high-growth enterprise customers, the fully remote Senior Customer Success Manager will cultivate relationships, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients maximize value from the SMS marketing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers and drive adoption of product features
- Lead strategy sessions to implement innovative SMS marketing strategies and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell opportunities and address customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS, marketing, or e-commerce technology
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate complex tools and workflows
- Proven understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketing strategies
- Proactive and adaptable, with a growth mindset towards emerging technologies
