Job Summary

Owning a strategic portfolio of $3M-$7M+ ARR, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive retention and growth by building relationships with senior leaders at enterprise accounts, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring successful outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and strategic outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and success criteria for relationship commerce programs
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, anticipating customer needs and driving project plans for timely delivery
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in customer management, account management, or vendor management, preferably in SaaS or retail-tech
  • Proven track record managing a $3M-$7M+ ARR book of business
  • Experience working with large, recognizable brands and engaging with VP and C-suite leaders
  • Strong project management skills with experience in launching and optimizing complex initiatives
  • BS/BA degree required
