Job Summary
Managing and nurturing customer relationships, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will ensure successful implementation and adoption of RevenueCat while acting as a growth advisor to help clients enhance their business through actionable insights and strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, providing insights and tactics for business growth
- Analyze customer data to measure success and propose actionable strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product development and direction
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, marketing, growth, support, sales, or related fields
- Experience with mobile app businesses or a strong interest in the domain
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in early-stage startups or environments with minimal established processes
