Job Summary
Partnering with Enterprise customers to drive engineering transformation, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will manage the customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal, ensuring product utilization and business alignment in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Become a product expert and master the customer success process
- Own the full customer lifecycle, ensuring program success and managing renewals
- Effectively coordinate and lead internal teams to support customer needs
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of previous Customer Success Management experience
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate about technical topics and products
- Proven track record of high performance and ownership in previous roles
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of management
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
