Job Summary
Managing the customer adoption lifecycle for a portfolio of named accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will lead post-sales technical value-selling efforts, drive program and delivery management, and provide guidance on API architecture best practices in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, value realization, and expansion for named accounts, turning customers into advocates
- Lead technical value-selling initiatives, including product demos and new feature adoption to enhance customer usage of GraphOS
- Consultatively conduct customer workshops to quickly realize business value and maintain customer health, intervening in at-risk accounts as necessary
Required qualifications
- Strong technical value-selling skills with a proven ability to align solutions with customer needs
- Expertise in program and delivery management with experience in stakeholder management
- Understanding of API architecture principles and cloud migration best practices
- Background in account relationship management and experience with Git/Ops, Observability, and Kubernetes/Docker Deployment
- Proven ability to scope, execute, and evaluate high-impact technical projects
