Job Summary
Driving strategic relationships with commercial customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will advise on compliance programs, shape long-term success plans, and guide clients through frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships, earning executive trust and advising on compliance program success
- Drive outcomes by developing success plans, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities
- Guide customers through compliance frameworks, ensuring measurable progress beyond checkboxes
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP
- 4+ years of experience in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven success in managing complex relationships, including executive alignment and success planning
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
