Job Summary
Leading one of the largest high-value enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, renewal success, and long-term growth while designing scalable onboarding strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a high-impact enterprise account, ensuring deep adoption and long-term growth
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across various business units and departments
- Design and execute tailored onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation within SaaS or creative technology
- Proven track record of improving adoption, retention, and satisfaction across enterprise clients
- Experience managing or scaling programs across large brands with multiple sub-brands or business units
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with advertising, marketing technology, or generative AI is preferred
