Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to work full-time in a remote capacity, who will mentor customers on implementation strategies, support onboarding and adoption of Sonatype products, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer value and success.

Key responsibilities
  • Mentor customers on best practices and implementation strategies for Sonatype products
  • Support onboarding and adoption to enhance platform utilization across customer environments
  • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, connecting technical implementation to business value
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development, DevSecOps, security, QA, cloud, or engineering
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and related tooling
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers in a client-facing or advisory capacity
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value and measurable outcomes
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship
