Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts, this remote position will manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction through onboarding, retention, and strategic partnership development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, owning the full customer lifecycle and driving adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, delivering strategic business reviews and aligning solutions to client goals
  • Analyze performance data to identify risks and growth opportunities, ensuring high-quality client experiences and timely resolution of challenges
Required qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or related client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Proven track record managing large customer accounts with strong results in retention and account growth
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset for aligning customer goals with strategic solutions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
