Job Summary
Owning brand relationships from onboarding to renewal, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will lead onboarding processes, manage account health, and drive retention and growth for DTC brands in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and activation for new brands, ensuring a smooth transition and quick revenue generation
- Manage a portfolio of brands, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews to maintain account health
- Identify and pursue renewal and expansion opportunities, translating performance data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships, preferably in martech, ecommerce, or SaaS
- Proven track record of retaining and growing a book of business
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with DTC brands or familiarity with the DTC tech stack (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify) is a plus
