Job Summary

Motivated and experienced, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption and value while managing customer health and risk in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive customer adoption and value by executing customer success playbooks and managing Success Plans
  • Provide expert guidance on product configurations and troubleshoot common user issues
  • Proactively monitor customer health indicators to identify and mitigate churn risks
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise customers with approximately 10 million ARR in a SaaS environment
  • Strong technical and product acumen with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing difficult conversations
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, able to identify risks and opportunities within accounts
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams across various functions
