Job Summary
Motivated and experienced, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption and value while managing customer health and risk in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption and value by executing customer success playbooks and managing Success Plans
- Provide expert guidance on product configurations and troubleshoot common user issues
- Proactively monitor customer health indicators to identify and mitigate churn risks
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise customers with approximately 10 million ARR in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical and product acumen with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing difficult conversations
- Proactive and strategic thinker, able to identify risks and opportunities within accounts
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams across various functions
