Job Summary

Focused on driving adoption and success for Raptor, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary advocate for customers in the Department of Defense and U.S. Government, ensuring effective deployment and integration of the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance adoption and operational integration of Raptor
  • Identify new operational use cases and collaborate with Sales to support account growth and renewals
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities
Required qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Science, Military Studies, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles supporting government customers
  • Demonstrated experience with Department of Defense or Federal Government organizations
  • Strong understanding of customer adoption and enterprise software implementation
