Job Summary
To enhance customer relationships and drive product adoption, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will engage with clients remotely, ensuring satisfaction and value realization through proactive communication, training, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to develop solution use cases and conduct regular check-ins to ensure high satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to define strategies for key accounts and prioritize opportunities for product adoption
- Monitor customer health indicators and address issues to enhance the customer experience and maximize lifetime value
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience, including 4-6 years in customer relationship management
- Experience in the technology or telecom sectors with a focus on expanding adoption at enterprise customers
- Understanding of SD WAN and UCaaS product suites and their value drivers in recurring revenue models
- Proven track record of cross-disciplinary collaboration and effective stakeholder management
- Technical ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding product features and solutions
