Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will provide strategic direction, drive product adoption, and foster consultative relationships throughout the customer journey while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and advice on Greenhouse products to clients, achieving fluency in industry trends
- Illustrate business value through clear metrics and proof points for customer engagements, including implementation goals and business reviews
- Act as a trusted advisor, establishing relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success management, preferably in the B2B tech/SaaS sector
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with high Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption across multi-product SaaS environments
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask thoughtful, open-ended questions
- Background in HR Tech or Talent Acquisition is a plus
