Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager, the full-time remote position will manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the adoption of the NodeZero cybersecurity solution.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts to achieve long-term success and drive adoption of the cybersecurity solution
- Develop a deep understanding of the NodeZero product and act as a trusted advisor to customers, tailoring offerings to their unique cybersecurity needs
- Utilize customer usage data to identify risks, upsell opportunities, and secure annual renewals while conducting regular success check-ins and quarterly business reviews
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles, with relevant certifications preferred
- Strong technical expertise in information technology and cybersecurity
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on customer-focused initiatives
