Job Summary
Driving product adoption and client retention, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, conducting business reviews and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive successful adoption of multiple use cases and quantify business value for customers
- Conduct regular business review meetings and develop strategic roadmaps with key stakeholders
- Manage customer contract renewals and maintain a renewal forecast while anticipating client risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Customer-facing experience with a focus on relationship building and driving transformation programs
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
- Previous experience with SaaS solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
