Job Summary

Driving product adoption and client retention, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, conducting business reviews and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive successful adoption of multiple use cases and quantify business value for customers
  • Conduct regular business review meetings and develop strategic roadmaps with key stakeholders
  • Manage customer contract renewals and maintain a renewal forecast while anticipating client risks
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Customer-facing experience with a focus on relationship building and driving transformation programs
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
  • Previous experience with SaaS solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
