Job Summary
Fluent in both French and English, the remote Senior Customer Success Manager will manage key customer accounts, ensuring adoption, retention, and satisfaction while delivering a premium customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts
- Providing analyses on booking trends and pricing performance for clients
- Building relationships with customers through a consultative approach and training clients on revenue management tools
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in customer success
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to manage customer interactions in both languages
- Experience managing renewal conversations and uncovering expansion opportunities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, and comfort with data sets
- Experience in SaaS, tech, and/or the short-term rental industry preferred
