Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will drive software adoption, manage renewals, and build relationships to turn satisfied customers into active advocates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption, managing renewals, and fostering customer advocacy
  • Identify risks and opportunities, maintaining clear communication and progress reporting across accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or account management role within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure
  • Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including C-Suite stakeholders
  • Skilled at building rapport with multiple customer stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
