Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate to help clients achieve business outcomes and maximize their use of ServiceNow products in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement and ensure successful outcomes through prescriptive guidance
- Ensure customers are technically healthy and utilizing the latest product versions
- Develop new use cases and success stories while collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Ability to run projects independently with creativity
- Proven track record of resolving complex issues through analysis
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred
