Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate to help clients achieve business outcomes and maximize their use of ServiceNow products in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement and ensure successful outcomes through prescriptive guidance
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and utilizing the latest product versions
  • Develop new use cases and success stories while collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Ability to run projects independently with creativity
  • Proven track record of resolving complex issues through analysis
  • ServiceNow certifications are preferred
