Job Summary
To ensure customer satisfaction and success, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will manage the entire customer lifecycle, build strong relationships with clients in the Americas, and collaborate with internal teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal
- Build proactive relationships with customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and track success metrics to inform customer strategy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS or tech
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in tools like OpenCTI, XTMOne, or OpenAEV
- Experience with CRM/CSM tools and customer journey tracking
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity sector, especially threat intelligence, is a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
