Job Summary
Driving product adoption and managing customer relationships, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will ensure successful onboarding and retention of clients while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Become a product expert to assist customers in the successful adoption of the platform
- Develop strategic success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customer segments
- Perform quarterly business reviews and manage the resolution of escalated customer issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing account management or equivalent in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks in customer relationships
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Demonstrated success in service excellence and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
