Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate to help clients achieve business outcomes and maximize their use of ServiceNow products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement and ensure successful outcomes for clients in the portfolio
- Utilize existing Success Plays to assist customers and develop new use cases and success stories
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure technical health of client accounts
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Ability to run projects independently with creativity
- Strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues
- ServiceNow certifications
