Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate to help clients achieve business outcomes and maximize their use of ServiceNow products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement and ensure successful outcomes for clients in the portfolio
  • Utilize existing Success Plays to assist customers and develop new use cases and success stories
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure technical health of client accounts
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Ability to run projects independently with creativity
  • Strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues
  • ServiceNow certifications
