Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Manager will act as an advocate to help clients achieve their business outcomes and maximize the value of their ServiceNow products in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement and ensure successful outcomes for clients in the portfolio
- Guide customers in utilizing ServiceNow products effectively and create new use case success stories
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and oversee identified projects
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to run projects independently
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred
